This is my most hands-on, high-touch offering: a monthly retainer for serious indie authors who want direct, ongoing access to an experienced book marketing and publishing strategist. Not a course. Not a once-off audit. A working relationship, built around your book and your goals.
Weekly video calls
Each month we schedule four 30-minute video calls. One call each month is extended to 45 minutes: a deeper session to review progress, adjust strategy, and plan the month ahead. If I ever need to reschedule, I guarantee a minimum of three calls including your 45-minute session (total call time guarantee of 105 minutes per calendar month). You will always have substantive face time with me every month.
Async support between calls
You don't have to wait until your next call to move forward. Between sessions you have direct access to me via email or DM. Send your questions, share your draft, flag what's worrying you. I respond within one business day on weekdays so you stay in motion.
Personalised strategy
Every call and every response is about your book, your platform, and your specific situation. I don't run from a script. I work with what you're actually facing, whether that's a launch that needs rethinking, an Amazon page that isn't converting, a Substack that isn't growing, or a marketing plan that needs building from the ground up.
